Approved by the U.S. Department of Education as a validated program
for students who are considered at risk for school failure.
This building-based support system is one of the most widely
used resources for prereferral, inclusion, and intervention for
students considered at risk for school failure. Studies show that
RIDE improves academic and social behavior, decreases referrals to
special education, and improves the ability of teachers to handle
everyday problems. Creative, practical, and cost-effective, RIDE
provides classroom teachers with resources to address academic and
social problems.
There are three training options:
- Awareness Workshop: 50-90 minute session.
- On-site Training: One day (five hours).
- Training of Trainers: One day with a one-day follow-up session.
