We highly encourage substitutions rather than cancellations. Please fax substitute and canceling registrant’s name, address, phone number, and method of payment to (720) 494-4113. If a substitution is not possible, all cancellations must be made in writing via fax or mail by June 5, 2009. A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be issued at that time. Cancellations received after June 5, 2009, will not be refunded (this includes "no shows" for the Institute).
